In addition when we first meet with you and discuss your Real Estate needs the state asks us to sign a brokerage relationship disclosure form. This does not mean that you have hired us or that we are beholden to each other but that you are aware that you are a customer until you sign paperwork to become a client and want the higher level of service from our agency.
