Next Saturday, Manchester comes alive in a way only this city can — with neighbors, families, gardeners, and community champions taking the 2026 Green Up Tour. It’s a day dedicated not just to celebrating our shared spaces, but to explore, and reconnect with the green heart of our city.
At Thelma Katz & Associates, we talk a lot about opening new doors every day. It’s the core of what we do — helping people find the spaces where their lives can grow. But this week, we’re celebrating another kind of opening: The Nature Conservancy and Manchester Grows is opening the gates to some of the most beautiful green spaces in Manchester, NH, inviting the entire community to step inside, breathe deeply, and rediscover the landscapes that make our city feel like home.
From the MCS Preserve to Stark Park Garden, each stop on the Green Up Tour is a reminder that Manchester’s strength isn’t just in its neighborhoods — it’s in the shared spaces that bring us together. These gardens and preserves are places where kids learn to plant their first seedlings, where volunteers nurture pollinator habitats, where neighbors meet for the first time, and where the city’s future feels just a little greener.
We’re proud to support Manchester Grows and the incredible volunteers who make this event possible. Their work mirrors what we value most: community, stewardship, and the belief that when you open a door — or a garden gate — you create opportunities for connection, growth, and belonging.
So bring a friend, and join us next Saturday. Let’s celebrate the spaces that make Manchester vibrant, hopeful, and uniquely ours.
Here’s to opening doors. Here’s to opening gates. And here’s to a greener Manchester for everyone.
